Gingerbread Smoothie

Makes 1 Serving

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 banana
  • 2 TBSP nut butter of your choice
  • 1 cup of milk of your choice
  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • Tiny dash of clove

DIRECTIONS

  1. Blend all ingredients. Enjoy!
