Mommy & Me
Stroller Barre is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.
BODY BOOST
Moms Only
Body Boost is a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood.
BODY IGNITE
Moms Only
Body Ignite is a 60-minute mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!
BODY WELL MINI SESSION
6-Week Session
Our regular Body Well session is about radical changes that lead to big results and focus on nutrition, workouts, challenges and more. We get that there are some times of the year that life is throwing so much at us that it’s hard to commit to a regimen like that. Body Well Mini Sessions are not focused on giant changes. They are about maintenance and support that will help you to enjoy the busy seasons and keep your mental health & goals on the right track.
RUN CLUB+
8-Week Session
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support. Come run with us, mama!
