What do I need to bring to class
For you:
- Wear sturdy gym shoes and clothes you can comfortably workout in
- Yoga mat or towel for floor exercises and cool down
- Resistance band
- Plenty of water
- Towel for your sweat -- you WILL sweat!
For your littles:
- Snacks
- Toys
- Diaper bag with essentials
- Any type of stroller
If you do not have a resistance band or dumbbells for your first class your instructor will have extras you can borrow.
