Each month our team picks one mama in Our Village to recognize for her amazing spirit and embodiment of FIT4MOM. The decision is never an easy one because we have so many amazing women in this village. This month we are honoring Catherine -- who gives her all at every single class and is always so welcoming to each and every mama, whether they are there for their 1st class or 100th class.
Thanks for being such an amazing part of Our Village, Catherine <3

Where did you grow up? Schaumburg
Tell us who is in your family: Bryan and I have been together for over 10 years. Our daughter, Claire, is 3 years old and our son, Bennett, is one year old this month!
What is your current/previous career? I am currently a SAHM and registered dietitian with experience in healthcare and school food service. My most recent professional role was with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics managing quality initiatives.
How did you find Fit4Mom? I met Aimee at the Bumps and Babies Resource Fair at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library.
What is your favorite Fit4Mom class and why? My favorite class is Stroller Strides because it's fun and the ability to workout with my kids makes it possible for me to be consistent.
What class do you want to try but haven't yet? I want to try Strides 360!
How has Fit4Mom impacted your motherhood journey? Fit4Mom provided the structure I needed to create a new routine after having my second baby. I am feeling strong and confident as a result of the workouts and amazing support system of moms. Fit4Mom has also been a beneficial experience for my children. Claire and Bennett enjoy coming along for workouts and love the playgroups. Claire practices planks, sings the hello/goodbye song at home and says moms are strong.
Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us! Even though I hate suspense and often google the endings of movies as I am watching them, I was able to wait until my babies were born to find out if they were a boy or girl.
